From the survey, stakeholders are worried that buildings across the country found to be structurally defective and marked for demolition are still occupied by people years after they have been declared dangerous for human habitation. The case of building collapse is because of bad practices in the construction itself. That is why there is a regulatory body to forestall future occurrences.
